Fencing is up
HESS has put up construction fencing in preparation for the project.
The start of on-site construction work is pending the issuance of the site permit by the City of Alexandria. Based on the latest information and status, we anticipate site permits to be obtained in January or early February. This is a projected timeframe and is subject to change. The site permit will allow limited site work to commence, such as sediment and erosion control, selective site demolition and clearing, new storm drain installation, and building pad preparation. Issuance of the site permit will also facilitate the submission of the final building permit application. In preparation to begin work as soon as the site permit is obtained, HESS has installed construction fencing along the perimeter of the initial work area.
